Terms & Conditions: Choo Subscription Prize Draw

• For a chance to win the prize, the customer must sign-up via the prize draw landing page: https://www.jimmychoo.com/en/winachoosubscription
• The prize draw will run from 3 December 2018 – 18 December 2018. The prize draw will take place on 31 December 2018 where the prize winner will win a Choo Subscription.
• The winner will be notified by email or by post.
• Any incomplete, inaccurate or non-respectful entry will not be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the entry.
• The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• If the winner does not claim their prize within 28 days after notification it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate prize winner.
• Entries may also be made via post addressed to, 10 Howick Place, London SW1P 1GW. All entries must be received by 18 December in order to be entered into the prize draw.
• The Choo Subscription will provide the prize winner with up to one(1) pair of shoes per month for one (1) year up to the value of £1,000.
• The shoes provided as part of the Subscription will be subject to availability and any applicable shipping restrictions. In the event that a particular pair of shoes selected by the prize winner is no longer available, then JIMMY CHOO reserves the right to provide the prize winner with an equivalent pair of the same value.
• Shoes provided as part of the Subscription can only be exchanged for other shoes and this remains subject to JIMMY CHOO’s returns policy.
• The Subscription is personal to the prize winner and is for private (not commercial) use.
• Images of the Subscription in the product description are for illustration purposes only.
• Once the prize winner has been notified that they have won the prize draw, they will be contacted by the JIMMY CHOO Personal Shopping Team who will work with the prize winner to assist them with their selection of shoes.
• Any delivery costs associated with the Subscription will be complimentary but please note that exclusions may apply.
• JIMMY CHOO reserves the right to cancel the Subscription if it feels that the prize winner has violated any of these terms.
• JIMMY CHOO reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms at any time and without prior notice. These terms do not affect the prize winners’ statutory rights.
• In addition to these terms, the Website’s T&Cs shall also apply which can be found here: https://www.jimmychoo.com/en/customer-services/terms-and-conditions-of-sale.html. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the Website’s T&Cs, these terms shall prevail.
